Service Scope: Taazawala delivers fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, flowers, and other groceries. We are a delivery service and do not manufacture or produce any items ourselves.

Order and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on Taazawala are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Pricing & Price Changes: Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices may vary and the current price will be reflected in your cart. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via legitimate payment gateway and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Liability and Responsibilities

Limitation of Liability: Taazawala is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or supplier issues. Our liability is limited to the refund of the order amount.

Cancellation

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order, provided you do so at least 6 hours before your selected delivery time. To cancel, please contact us immediately.

Refunds

Refund Policy for Non-Delivery: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your order, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refund Processing Time: Once your return or refund request is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

Returns and Replacements

Returns and Replacements for Damaged/Spoiled Items: If you receive items that are damaged or spoiled upon arrival, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery. We require proof of damage (photographic evidence) and proof that the items were delivered by Taazawala to process a replacement or refund.

Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery and provide adequate proof of the issue. We may require the return of the damaged items.

Delivery Information

Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 1-2 days, depending on the delivery slot you choose at checkout. Specific delivery times are subject to slot availability and may vary.

Delivery Areas: Currently, we offer delivery services to select locations within few in Hyderabad. Please use our location checker during checkout to confirm if we deliver to your area.

Charges and Tracking

Shipping/Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are applicable on all orders below ₹499. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free delivery. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you may receive tracking information to monitor your delivery status. Tracking availability depends on the delivery service and location.

Delivery Issues

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery partner will attempt to contact the customer at the provided contact number. In case of a missed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, please contact us to arrange for a re-delivery (additional charges may apply) or pickup.
